  • See the balances on your reimbursement plans, including your Health Reimbursement Account, Flexible Spending Account, and Executive Reimbursement Account

If you’d rather talk to a customer service representative, they are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (MT) to answer your questions or resolve any issues you may have.

Wait times are usually 1.5 minutes. However, you may leave a message and receive a call back within 24 hours if you chose not to wait to speak to a representative.

You are welcome to speak directly to a claims processor or a member of your claims processing team.
