With MBA’s online enrollment system you can:
- Access your benefit plan documentation & benefit forms
- View your claims status 24 hours a day, seven days a week
- View your claims history
- See your benefit eligibility information
- Print temporary ID cards
- Link in to your PPO provider look up
- See the cost of your company-paid benefits
- See the balances on your reimbursement plans, including your Health Reimbursement Account, Flexible Spending Account, and Executive Reimbursement Account
- Calculate your benefit payroll deductions
On MBA’s system, all of your information is secure, and you choose your own password.

Customer Service
If you’d rather talk to a customer service representative, they are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (MT) to answer your questions or resolve any issues you may have.
Wait times are usually 1.5 minutes. However, you may leave a message and receive a call back within 24 hours if you chose not to wait to speak to a representative.
You are welcome to speak directly to a claims processor or a member of your claims processing team.

VHP also offers a range of tests and services at our Health Fairs. These tests and services include;
