Our customer service representatives are courteous, professional, act in a timely manner, and trained claims processors, so they can resolve your issues and answer your questions at the time of your call.
Hours of Operation
- Monday through Friday.
- 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
- 1.5 minutes is the average wait time for live assistance.
- Voice messaging is available if you choose not to wait.
- Voice messages are returned within 24 working hours.
Contact a Claims Representative
You can speak directly to your claims processor or a member of your claims processing team! If your claims processor cannot solve your issue, supervisors are available to quickly resolve questions or address complaints.
Claims Appeals Process
The claims appeals process is clearly spelled out in your plan document. All appeals are handled within the federally mandated time frames. The plan sponsor may reserve the right to review all complaints and documentation or third-party reviews obtained by MBA and to make the final decision on claims appeals.
