You can speak directly to your claims processor or a member of your claims processing team! If your claims processor cannot solve your issue, supervisors are available to quickly address questions or complaints.
Claims Appeals Process
The claims appeals process is clearly spelled out in your plan document. All appeals are handled within the federally mandated time frames. The plan sponsor may reserve the right to review all complaints and documentation or third-party reviews obtained by MBA and to make the final decision on claims appeals.
